DIRECTION FOR USE
1. Mix a small quantity of Pauline Oat flour with room temperature water in a bowl.
2. Put water in a pot to boil.
3. Add the mixture into the pot of boiling water and stir consistently.
4. Let the mixture cook for a few minutes.
5. Then add more Pauline Oat Flour into the pot and stir simultaneously to get the right soft smooth consistency.
6. Once the right consistency has been achieved, stop adding more Oat Flour and just stir for about 2 to 3 minutes until it is cooked.
7. Your Oat swallow is ready to be served with any soup of your choice.
8. The oat flour can also be used for baking and as a soup thickener.
9. Unblended oat can be served as cereal for breakfast.
