DIRECTION FOR USE

1. Mix a small quantity of Pauline Guinea Corn flour with room temperature water in a bowl

2. Put water in a pot to boil.

3. Add the mixture into the pot of boiling water and stir consistently.

4. Let the mixture cook for a few minutes.

5. Then add more Pauline Guinea Corn Flour into the pot and stir simultaneously to get the right soft smooth consistency.

6. Once the right consistency has been achieved, stop adding more Guinea Corn Flour and just stir for about 2 to 3 minutes until it is cooked.

7. Your Guinea Corn swallow is ready to be served with any soup of your choice.

8. Also, Pauline Guinea Corn flour can be prepared as pap.
