DIRECTION FOR USE

1. Mix a small quantity of Pauline Cassava flour with room temperature water in a bowl

2. Put water in a pot to boil.

3. Add the mixture into the pot of boiling water and stir consistently.

4. Let the mixture cook for a few minutes.

5. Then add more Pauline Cassava Flour into the pot and stir simultaneously to get the right soft smooth consistency.

6. Once the right consistency has been achieved, stop adding more Cassava Flour and just stir for about 2 to 3 minutes until it is cooked.

7. Your Cassava swallow is ready to be served with any soup of your choice.

8. Cassava flour can also be used for baking.
