DIRECTION FOR USE

1. Mix a small quantity of Pauline Beans flour with room temperature water in a bowl

2 Add chopped pepper, onions and salt to taste.

3. Whisk the mixture for a few minutes.

4. Put a frying pan on fire and add some groundnut oil

5. With a scooping spoon, scoop as you like and fry with low heat until it is golden brown.

6. Your Beans cake(akara) is ready; It can be served with Pap or bread.

7. Also, Bean flour can be used to make moi-moi
